1) the +1M$ campaigns are not honouring (some never will) their engagement,
leaving backers stranded.
2) Platforms are losing track of the true meaning of CROWDfunding, selling
“ad tracking” and other outbound services.
3) Entrepreneurs are not taking the time to build their tribe prior to campaign (ht Seth Godin) .

Platforms should be in part held accountable and regulators should have their say;
Crowdfunders should have a fulfillment plan by threshold: if we raise amount A, how do we plan to
fulfill the orders, if we raise amount A + 50%,how do we plan to fulfill the orders then ? And so on…
